This program is 6 weeks long, 3x a week and will take about 30 minutes or less a day! You will have access to the whole six weeks and access to a coach to help with any questions.
If you are doing classes at 3P or SRC FIT, you can come in anytime we are open to complete it. We suggest doing this before or after your class. If getting your first pull up or increasing your overall upper body strength is your goal, put 100% effort into this program and scale back on your class workouts.
If you are not a member of 3P or SRC FIT, these exercises can be done easily in any gym setting.
Once your payment has been confirmed, your program will be emailed to you.
